Developer miHoYo promised that many exciting news are on the way to Jinshin effect. The company kept its word, as today it revealed everything it is preparing for the 2.0 version of its title that will debut this month on consoles, computers and mobile phones.

The main update will arrive in a new area that will motivate many players to return to the title. We refer to Inazuma, the third region of the world Jinshin effect. In addition, the long-awaited feature and improvements will finally be enabled to take advantage of the PlayStation 5’s DualSense even more.

The most attractive novelty in version 2.0, which will debut on July 21, is undoubtedly Inazuma, a district ruled by shogun Raiden, Electro Archon of the Seven. According to the details, this is where eternity is sought.

Inazuma consists of a total of 6 different regions and islands filled with beautiful landscapes and important sites, such as Narukami Shrine, the sacred cherry tree on Narukami Island, and Tenshukaku Castle, to name a few.

Version 2.0 of Jinshin effect It will include a long-awaited feature: cross-save. Thanks to this, players will be able to share their progress on PS5, PS4, PC and mobile, allowing them to play anywhere to continue their game from where they left off.

On the other hand, PS5 users will be able to enjoy some additional improvements, such as those for DualSense, which will now provide a greater number of reactions and sensations when running, using certain weapons and more.

“We have also increased the shading by applying a real-time lighting effect to the characters. If you walk in Inazuma under the cherry blossoms at sunset, your character will appear shaded and illuminated in the sunset red,” the developers confirmed.
