Sadly, the esports scene has been in mourning once again. A few hours ago, the sad news of the death of Henry, a young professional player from Call of Duty: Mobile.

XSET, Henry’s esports group, confirmed the news on social media and took the space to send condolences to the family and friends of the distinguished professional player, who sadly lost his life at a young age.

Henry’s death caught members of the competitive society Call of dutyWho expressed their surprise and dedicated a few words to the young player on social media.

It’s worth noting that despite the fact that the esports group confirmed the news last Monday, July 12, it appears that the professional player, known on social media as Henry XSET, passed away sometime in June. We say this because in his last Instagram post we can read farewell messages dated two weeks ago.

Despite his young age, Henry was part of the XSET squad in the 2020 North American Final of the CoD: Mobile World Championship, however, they lost to Tribe Gaming and took second place.

It’s always hard to tell that someone so young with such a future in their career has lost their life. At LEVEL UP we send our deepest condolences to Henry’s friends and family. Rest in peace.
