With that in mind, if you’re fast enough, you’ll be able to catch up with Tommy and get to him before he closes the door; This way, you’ll lock up with him and be perfectly capable of killing him, whether it’s with blows, bullets, or whatever you prefer, even if it looks sadistic.
At the moment it is not known what the repercussions of this fact will have on the rest of the game, as it is necessary for Tommy to live for the story to take its natural course. It may not allow you to advance in the story or bring you back to the checkpoint so you can avoid the assassination of Tommy and complete the game as normal.
