At the beginning of June, we told you about the xScreen, an external monitor that connects to your Xbox Series S and turns it into an almost portable console, letting you play next-gen games anywhere. Those responsible for this ambitious project announced that they would seek to raise funds through a Kickstarter campaign, which was a success.

Specifically, the Kickstarter campaign for this amazing supplement kicked off on the morning of Wednesday, July 7. Surprisingly, she passed the target in just 20 minutes, which is quite simply an impressive feat and serves as an indication of the interest the community is getting.

Of course, you can still contribute grains of sand and get your xScreen, because donations will expire until August 6. Meanwhile, the campaign has already raised an impressive $34.218 (about $684,662 MXN).

xScreen promises to turn your Xbox Series S into a portable console

This ambitious project, responsible for gaming company UPspec, will offer an 11.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1080 pixels, with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. In this way, you will be able to enjoy your Xbox Series S video games with very good visual quality, because you can also adjust the brightness and other values.

On the other hand, the display case connects directly to the back of the console with the help of power and HDMI connections, so it will not be necessary to use additional cables, which always helps with the navigation of a portable console.
